After our meeting at Adobe Systems, we interviewed a marvelous gentleman from San Francisco for the position of monastery remote IT help desk engineer. The monks have done all their own IT work in-house for many years, and with today's computer and network systems, one can imagine how complicated and time-consuming it has become. Since the monks are monks, and not IT engineers, we've decided to try to get some outside help. Thanks for meeting with us, Joe!
